What are the responsibilities and job description for the Case Manager position at Every Child's Hope?
The individual in this position will provide case management services to youth in our program who live in both group style living and in community apartments. This individual must have reliable transportation as they will be required to drive clients in their own vehicle.
The program is based on positive youth development strategies and provides housing, employment services, educational support, counseling, life skills training, and permanency planning.
While everyone has unique experiences, many Steppingstone participants have faced homelessness, mental health challenges, problems in school, or are pregnant/parenting.
Steppingstone is a program of a larger organization, Every Child’s Hope which offers an attractive benefit package including three (3) weeks of vacation starting your first year of employment. Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree is required for this position. Previous case management experience is a plus. All candidates must have a strong desire to work with adolescents, a clean driving record, the ability to pass a federal, criminal background fingerprinting check & drug screen, and be at least 21 years of age.
