- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care for our residents
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and document patient progress, identifying and reporting changes in condition
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless transitions and optimal care
- Current RN license in the state of Wyoming
- Minimum Years of Experience: 0 years (new graduates welcome to apply)
- Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
