Overview
EverWash helps car wash operators generate recurring revenue through membership and loyalty programs. We’re hiring an Inside Sales Representative to drive new business for our Coinless app through high-volume outbound prospecting and full-cycle sales execution.
This is a true hunter role. You’ll own the sales process from first touch through close, with clear expectations around activity, and deal production.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute 30-50 outbound calls per day to generate new opportunities
- Prospect and sell into small-to-mid sized car wash operators
- Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through signed agreement
- Position and sell a mobile app solution that drives recurring revenue with no hardware investment
- Sell against legacy cash and hardware-based systems
- Position the product as a revenue driver, not just a payment tool
- Maintain accurate CRM tracking across all activity and pipeline stages
- Continuously refine product knowledge and sales approach
Performance Expectations
- Fully ramped within 90–120 days of hire
- Target of 15–25 closed deals per month once ramped
- Performance measured primarily by deals closed, supported by consistent daily activity
- Ability to manage a high-volume pipeline while maintaining quality follow-up

What Success looks Like in the First 90 Days
First 30 Days: Foundation & Activity Ramp
- Learn product, messaging, and sales process
- Begin outbound activity with daily call targets
- Shadow calls and start handling initial conversations
Days 31–60: Pipeline Development & Early Wins
- Consistently execute daily outbound calls
- Manage the growing pipeline of opportunities
- Run independent discovery calls and product conversations
- Begin closing initial deals with support from sales and leadership
- Demonstrate improved objection handling and follow-up discipline
- Show clear progression in call quality and conversion to next steps
Days 61–90: Production & Ownership
- Operate independently across the full sales cycle
- Maintain consistent outbound activity (30-50 outbound calls per day)
- Build and manage the multi-touch pipeline effectively
- Show the ability to prioritize high-value opportunities
- Close deals with minimal oversight
- Begin operating at full production expectations
90 Day Progress Benchmark
- Fully ramped on outbound expectations
- Demonstrating the ability to consistently move deals through the pipeline
- On a clear trajectory toward the 15–25 deals/month target
- By the end of 90 days, you should be operating independently, managing your own pipeline, and demonstrating clear progress toward full production targets.
Compensation ($50,000 base commission)
- $50,000 base salary
- On-target earnings of ~$75,000 annually, with upside for top performers
- Commissions paid quarterly and tied directly to deal production
