Job Summary: We are seeking an inside sales representative, highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a customer service representative. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients in a timely and efficient manner. Your role will involve addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
Essential Job Functions:
- Responding to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat in a timely and efficient manner
- Providing accurate and comprehensive information to customers regarding products, services, and policies
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and diplomatic manner
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborating with other departments to resolve complex customer issues
- Continuously improving knowledge of company products, services, and policies to better assist customers
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred but not required
- Fencing experience
- Computer skills
- Able to work weekends (Saturday)
