We are seeking a Lead Coordinator - Related Services to support the day to day coordination of school based related services.
The agency provides K–12 services including occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech language therapy, counseling, and other mandated services.
This role is execution focused and responsible for keeping services running, ensuring sessions are staffed, scheduled, documented, and not disrupted by operational issues.
Core Responsibilities
We are seeking a Lead Coordinator - Related Services to support the day to day coordination of school based related services.
The agency provides K–12 services including occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech language therapy, counseling, and other mandated services.
This role is execution focused and responsible for keeping services running, ensuring sessions are staffed, scheduled, documented, and not disrupted by operational issues.
Core Responsibilities
- Review new service referrals and confirm required documentation.
- Assign cases to qualified providers based on availability, location, and licensure.
- Coordinate ongoing schedules between schools and providers.
- Monitor active cases to ensure services are delivered as scheduled.
- Follow up on missed sessions, schedule changes, and staffing gaps.
- Submit and track documentation through district or vendor portals.
- Communicate regularly with schools, providers, and internal teams.
- Escalate service delivery issues, coverage gaps, or compliance risks.
- Maintain accurate internal tracking and service records.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage high case volume.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail and strong follow through.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize under deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel familiarity a plus.
- Prior coordination, scheduling, or operations experience required.
- Experience in school based services, healthcare, or education preferred.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Execution and coordination focused role.
- Works within established workflows and policies.
Salary : $45,000 - $52,000
