With a focus on delivering exceptional technical support. The individual collaborates on planning, coordinating, programming, and implementing releases, upgrades, and changes to applications, operating systems and associated hardware. They also handle a diverse range of products and tools that enhances testing and support of our critical production environments, proactively monitoring and fine-tuning performance, resources, and predicting outcomes, to keep our systems running at optimal performance. To stay in alignment with technological advancements, the individual will work closely with our team to orchestrate seamless software upgrades, strictly adhering to change management procedures, methodologies, and company standards.
