Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Bench Sales Recruiter based in USA for an on-site role. The Bench Sales Recruiter will manage the end-to-end sales recruitment process, including identifying, engaging, and onboarding talented candidates. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, managing candidate pipelines, and effectively communicating with all stakeholders to ensure alignment with hiring needs and business goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales Recruitment, including expertise in hiring and managing the full life cycle of the recruitment process
- Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Account Management to build and maintain client and candidate relationships
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate and negotiate effectively
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities and dynamic demands efficiently
- Familiarity with the IT staffing industry will be considered an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred
