We're seeking compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team at EverReach ABA. As an RBT, you will work closely with children under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement behavior intervention plans that drive meaningful outcomes for our clients. Role and Responsibilities
- Implement ABA therapy sessions using evidence-based practices to promote social, behavioral, and communication skills in clients.
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
- Collect and record session data, ensuring accuracy and integrity of records for progress tracking and evaluation.
- Communicate regularly with BCBAs regarding client progress, concerns, and recommendations for interventions, utilizing HIPAA protocols and confidentiality guidelines.
- Maintain professional standards and adhere to BACB guidelines, prioritizing client safety and well-being.
- Participate in ongoing training and supervision to stay current on best practices and industry developments.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans addressing clients' unique needs and goals.
Requirements
- Current RBT certification from the BACB, or willingness to obtain before start.
- High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred for advanced roles.
- Prior experience working with children or individuals with special needs is highly valued and a plus for this role.
- Reliable transportation and ability to commute to client locations as needed.
- Excellent communication skills, patience, and passion for helping others are essential for successful RBT performance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively in fast-paced environments.
