EverReach ABA is seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide high-quality, in-home ABA services to children and families.

As an RBT, you will work one-on-one with clients under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans, teach meaningful skills, and support each client’s progress toward greater independence.

We are looking for team members who are patient, reliable, professional, and passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of the children and families we serve.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy to assigned clients.
• Implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans developed by the supervising BCBA.
• Teach and reinforce communication, social, daily living, and other functional skills.
• Accurately collect and document session data to track client progress.
• Complete session notes and required clinical documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
• Communicate regularly with the supervising BCBA regarding client progress, concerns, and changes.
• Participate in ongoing BCBA supervision, training, and team meetings as required.
• Follow all clinical protocols, company policies, HIPAA requirements, and applicable BACB standards.
• Maintain professional and respectful relationships with clients, families, supervisors, and other team members.
• Prioritize client safety, dignity, and well-being during every session.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, or willingness to obtain certification prior to starting services.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience working with children or individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, or behavioral needs is preferred.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to clients' homes.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to follow clinical direction and work independently in an in-home setting.
• Dependable, patient, compassionate, and professional.
• Ability to maintain client confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements.
