Own how Bed Head's products show up and convert across retailer.com, Amazon, and the brand website: product content, imagery, search visibility, ratings and reviews, and pricing and availability accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with agency on product content across Amazon, Walmart.com, Target.com, and other key retailer sites: PDP content, imagery, A content, and search/keyword strategy ensuring information is accurate, consistent, and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Optimize content for both traditional search engines and emerging AI/LLM-driven shopping and discovery tools as retail search behavior evolves.
• Use PIM and DAM tools to manage and syndicate content efficiently across multiple platforms.
• Monitor digital shelf performance using tools, analyzing data to identify content gaps and opportunities and make data-driven decisions that improve rankings and conversion.
• Coordinate with the advertising function on Amazon and Retail Media campaigns, ensuring they align with the broader brand strategy, and monitor performance to provide optimization recommendations.
• Monitor the online availability of our products across retailers to ensure availability to purchase (i.e. winning the buy box on Amazon.
• Work with the relevant account managers to mitigate any availability issues going forward.
• Partner with Marketing and R&D to ensure all digital content meets legal, regulatory, and retailer requirements, and conduct regular audits for ongoing accuracy.
• Build a simple, recurring reporting cadence on digital shelf KPIs
• Monitor competitors' digital shelf presence
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising, eCommerce, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in eCommerce execution, ideally CPG or beauty/personal care, with a strong understanding of brand management across advertising, demand planning, content creation, listing optimization, and SEO.
• Hands-on experience with PIM systems (e.g., Salsify), DAM systems, and digital shelf analytics tools (e.g., Profitero) strongly preferred.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including basic retail math, and proficiency in Excel.
• Comfortable moving between strategic work (content and search strategy) and analytical work (performance metrics, reporting).
Detail-oriented and independent: owns digital execution fully while others own broader brand strategy

Compensation: The base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $125,000 per year. In addition, this role is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on individual and company performance. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, skills, and geographic location.
