Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common spaces using proper cleaning techniques and supplies
- Conduct detailed floor care routines such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and applying appropriate treatments for different surfaces
- Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items
- Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by disinfecting high-touch surfaces and ensuring all areas meet health regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to resident or guest requests and addressing any concerns professionally
- Manage residential or hotel cleaning schedules to ensure timely completion of daily tasks while maintaining flexibility for special requests or emergencies
- Assist with housekeeping management tasks such as inventory control of cleaning supplies and reporting maintenance issues
Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, janitorial work or commercial cleaning environments
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including sanitation practices and floor care methods
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment safely
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Experience with laundry procedures and stain removal techniques preferred
- Familiarity with carpet cleaning tools and methods is a plus
- Previous custodial or housekeeping management experience is advantageous but not required
