We are seeking a Maintenance Person to join our team supporting multiple properties in Cambria, CA. Responsibilities
- Oversee all safety requirements and ensure compliance with state and federal requirements.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and systems.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and guests.
- Conduct inspections to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
- Assist in the installation of new equipment or systems as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in maintenance or a related field.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals.
