A growing healthcare organization is seeking a Hybrid Benefits Supervisor to oversee day-to-day employee benefits administration and lead a small team. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor a team within benefits administration
- Manage employee benefits programs including medical, dental, vision, retirement, disability, and leave of absence
- Support open enrollment processes, audits, compliance, and benefits communications
- Partner with internal departments and external vendors to ensure efficient benefits operations
- Handle employee benefits inquiries and escalations
- Ensure compliance with applicable federal and state regulations including FMLA, COBRA, HIPAA, ACA, and ERISA
- Assist with leave of absence administration and maintain a strong understanding of LOA processes
- Support benefits reporting, reconciliations, and retirement plan administration
Qualifications:
- 5 years of employee benefits administration experience
- Experience with HRIS and benefits platforms
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of leave of absence administration preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Compensation: $125,000 - $140,000
*Hybrid schedule available after onboarding period*
