Hybrid Benefits Supervisor

A growing healthcare organization is seeking a Hybrid Benefits Supervisor to oversee day-to-day employee benefits administration and lead a small team. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on benefits professional who enjoys mentoring staff, improving processes, and building strong vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and mentor a team within benefits administration
  • Manage employee benefits programs including medical, dental, vision, retirement, disability, and leave of absence
  • Support open enrollment processes, audits, compliance, and benefits communications
  • Partner with internal departments and external vendors to ensure efficient benefits operations
  • Handle employee benefits inquiries and escalations
  • Ensure compliance with applicable federal and state regulations including FMLA, COBRA, HIPAA, ACA, and ERISA
  • Assist with leave of absence administration and maintain a strong understanding of LOA processes
  • Support benefits reporting, reconciliations, and retirement plan administration

Qualifications:

  • 5 years of employee benefits administration experience
  • Experience with HRIS and benefits platforms 
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of leave of absence administration preferred 
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Compensation:  $125,000 - $140,000
*Hybrid schedule available after onboarding period*
