The Hospice Quality Nurse will be responsible for:
- Leading quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
- Conducting investigations and root cause analyses of incidents
- Overseeing quality data collection, reporting, and performance tracking
- Developing and delivering performance improvement education programs
- Collaborating with clinical teams to identify and implement improvement strategies
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience and 2 years in quality, patient safety, or performance improvement
- Experience in hospice, palliative care, or acute care settings (critical care, ICU, emergency medicine, or medical-surgical units)
- Strong knowledge of data analysis, reporting, and EMR/EHR systems
Compensation: $112,000 to $138,000
