EverLine Coatings and Services is hiring an Entry Level Sales Representative / Appointment Setter to help grow our presence in the Cincinnati to Dayton Area.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys meeting people, being outside, and building a career in sales. You’ll introduce local businesses and organizations to EverLine’s asphalt and parking lot maintenance services and set appointments for project estimates.
No prior sales experience is required. We provide training and a clear path to move into a full-time Outside Sales Representative role (base salary commission).
What You'll Do
- Visit local businesses and organizations to introduce EverLine services
- Identify potential customers such as:
- Churches and religious organizations
- Private schools and daycare centers
- Property management companies
- Apartment and condo communities
- Retail plazas and commercial buildings
- Set appointments for our sales team to provide quotes
- Build relationships with local decision makers
- Track leads and follow up with potential customers
What We're Looking For
- No sales experience required (training provided)
- Friendly, confident, and comfortable speaking with new people
- Strong communication and people skills
- Self-motivated and goal oriented
- Comfortable with door-to-door outreach
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Pay & Benefits
- Commission-based pay
- Typical earnings: $20 – $35 per hour equivalent
