We are a compliance-driven, people-focused organization, and we are looking for a dedicated Contracting Specialist to join our internal Operations team.
This is a traditional W-2 role with an annual salary.
Position Overview
The Contracting Specialist is responsible for helping onboard new agents, managing carrier contracting, and ensuring all licensing and credentialing documentation is completed accurately and on time. This role supports the compliance and operations infrastructure of the company and is strictly administrative.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding and credentialing for new agents and agencies
- Process carrier contracting applications and monitor status updates
- Maintain accurate records within internal systems and carrier portals
- Assist agents with contracting questions and troubleshooting
- Coordinate with Licensing, Compliance, and Operations teams
- Track expirations, renewals, and appointment requirements
- Prepare contracting reports and progress updates for leadership
- Ensure all contracting activities meet state, carrier, and CMS guidelines
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in insurance contracting, licensing, or administrative operations (preferred)
- Experience with NIPR, Sircon, or carrier portal workflows is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks at once
- Excellent communication, customer service, and follow-through
- Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, growing environment
