Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site estimator with at least 5 years of experience in commercial construction estimating. The Senior Estimator will be responsible for preparing conceptual estimates as well as detailed cost estimates for construction projects. Key responsibilities include performing quantity take-offs, managing project budgets, coordinating with vendors and subcontractors, and ensuring alignment with client specifications.

Qualifications
- Expertise in Construction Estimating and Quantity Take-offs
- Strong skills in Cost Management and Budgeting
- Excellent Communication skills to engage with team members, vendors, and clients
- Proficiency in using estimation and project management software
- Proven experience in managing complex construction projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred)
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
- Familiarity with local building codes and construction regulations in Utah
