About the Role
We are seeking a licensed Clinical Supervisor to support our growing team of therapists and uphold clinical excellence across our practice. This role combines leadership and direct client care requiring at least 40 billable hours biweekly.
This is a salary leadership position that also offers additional income opportunities through maintaining and exceeding minimal a clinical caseload expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical and licensure supervision to pre-licensed and licensed therapists.
- Conduct case consultations, ensuring chart and note compliance with ethical, legal, and state standards.
- Maintain a client caseload:
- Mentor, guide, and support therapists’ professional and clinical development.
- Review clinical documentation for quality and compliance.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine clinical programs, supervision models, and policies.
Qualifications
- Active LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license in Pennsylvania (required).
- Minimum of 2 years post-licensure experience (supervision experience preferred).
- Deep knowledge of evidence-based practices and Pennsylvania mental health regulations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary based on experience and years licensed: $65,000 to $75,000 starting.
