Key Responsibilities
• Provide individual and group clinical supervision to pre-licensed and licensed clinicians in accordance with PA State Board requirements.
• Ensure clinical services align with ethical standards, evidence-based practices, and Everlasting Wellness policies.
• Review clinical documentation for quality, compliance, and risk management.
• Support clinicians with case consultation, ethical decision-making, and professional development.
• Identify clinical concerns early and collaborate with leadership on corrective action plans when needed.
• Maintain accurate supervision documentation compliant with Pennsylvania regulations.
• Collaborate with leadership to foster a supportive, values-driven clinical culture.
$65-$75,000 plus full benefits
