Entry Level Assistant Manager

Everlasting Specialized Marketing is hiring an Entry Level Assistant Manager in Corpus Christi to support our dynamic AT&T campaign. Core Functions of the Entry Level Assistant Manager:

• Speak with potential customers in person regarding AT&T wireless, internet, and entertainment products.
• Prepare service materials, confirm client eligibility, and support onboarding across AT&T’s full product suite.
• Maintain CRM records to track client interactions, service timelines, and account updates for reporting and campaign alignment.
• Escalate service issues to internal teams and follow through to ensure resolution and client satisfaction.
• Monitor usage trends and feedback to recommend bundled upgrades, retention offers, and service improvements.
• Collaborate with sales and support teams to streamline delivery, align messaging, and drive campaign performance.

Entry Level Assistant Manager Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Coursework in business, communications, or marketing is preferred but not required
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workflows and maintain accurate records.
• Reliable transportation

Pay: $47,079.48 - $56,697.88 per year
