Core Functions of the Entry Level Account Manager:
- Speak with potential customers in person regarding AT&T wireless, internet, and entertainment products.
- Prepare service materials, confirm client eligibility, and support onboarding across AT&T’s full product suite.
- Maintain CRM records to track client interactions, service timelines, and account updates for reporting and campaign alignment.
- Escalate service issues to internal teams and follow through to ensure resolution and client satisfaction.
- Monitor usage trends and feedback to recommend bundled upgrades, retention offers, and service improvements.
- Collaborate with sales and support teams to streamline delivery, align messaging, and drive campaign performance.
Entry Level Account Manager Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Coursework in business, communications, or marketing is preferred but not required
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workflows and maintain accurate records.
