Overview:
A recruiter to assist the HR department with local hiring. You will have to identify and implement efficient and effective recruitment methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of organization.
Key Responsibilities:
· Coordinate the interviewing process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and supervisors
· Collaborating with hiring managers and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details
· Collaborating with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria
· Scheduling interviews and preparing a list of questions for the interview
· Screens applications and selects qualified candidates for interviews
· Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process
· Assessing applicants’ knowledge, skill, and experience to best suit open positions
· Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies
· Performs other duties as assigned
