Duties
- Conduct daily inspections of 100% of arriving guest rooms to ensure compliance with cleanliness, presentation, and brand standards.
- Thouroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies to ensure a pristine environment.
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and dining spaces by sweeping, mopping, polishing surfaces, and emptying trash receptacles.
- Perform floor care duties including stripping, waxing, buffing, and deep cleaning carpets to uphold high standards of hygiene and appearance.
- Restock amenities like toiletries, towels, linens, and other supplies to meet guest needs efficiently.
- Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and maintain safety standards.
- Follow all safety protocols related to cleaning chemicals and equipment use to protect yourself and colleagues.
- Assist with laundry duties when necessary, including washing linens and towels using industrial cleaning equipment.
- Must be willing to work weekends and some holidays.
- Must speak fluent English.
Experience
- Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or janitorial roles is highly preferred; familiarity with hospitality standards is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with floor care techniques such as waxing, buffing, or carpet cleaning enhances your suitability for this role.
- Knowledge of cleaning products, safety procedures, and equipment operation is essential for maintaining a safe work environment.
- Experience in industrial or custodial cleaning environments demonstrates your ability to handle diverse cleaning challenges efficiently.

Pay: $16.90 - $19.00 per hour
