Hotel Housekeeper

We are seeking a Housekeeper who will primarily be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of rooms and public spaces. The Housekeeper position will come in contact with guests and will need to have positive guest interactions by performing the following duties.

$15 hourly

• Pick up ground litter and maintain overall property tidiness.
• In addition to cleaning duties, hotel housekeepers may also be responsible for shared duties, such as delivering beds to guest rooms, replenishing toiletry supplies, and lifting and moving lightweight objects around the room.
• Perform quality cleaning to meet required standards within set time limits.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in public areas such as the lobby, hallways, and common spaces.
• Acknowledges and greets guests in public spaces with a warm, friendly greeting.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.

• 2 years of experience in hotel housekeeping, extended stay preferred.
• Organization in both private and public spaces.
• Ability to receive constructive criticism, the expectation is high, and it is non-negotiable.
• Unlimited availability.
• Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines diligently.
• Proven track record of performing quality cleaning within set time limits.
• Skill in handling shared duties such as delivering beds and replenishing supplies.
• The capability to lift and move lightweight objects efficiently.
