Job Summary
We are seeking a driven and experienced Residential Roofing Sales Manager to lead our expansion into the St. George and Cedar City markets. This is a ground-floor opportunity for a motivated team leader ready to build and manage a high-performing sales team in a growing territory.
Roles & Responsibilities
Team Leadership:
Recruit, hire, and manage a team of 5 sales representatives for the Southern Utah territory
Train team members on prospecting, closing techniques, and customer communication best practices
Set sales goals, track performance metrics, and conduct regular coaching sessions
Foster a positive, results-driven team culture
Sales & Operations:
Work directly with Production and Finance Managers on project acquisition, fulfillment, invoicing, and accounts receivable
Ensure company processes and project management standards are maintained with efficiency and excellence
Manage customer communication on all personally managed projects (self-generated and company-provided leads)
Maintain a minimum 30% close rate on company-provided leads
Develop and manage budgets for sales and recruiting initiatives
Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory
Build and maintain relationships with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and industry partners
Represent Everhome Roofing at local events, trade shows, and community functions
Qualifications
Required:
3 years of residential roofing sales experience
1 years of sales management or team leadership experience
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation processes
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to lift at least 30 lbs on a daily basis
Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications
Preferred:
Experience with insurance restoration projects
Experience with customer financing on home services projects
Established network in the Southern Utah market
