The Director of Clinical Services provides strategic leadership and oversight of all clinical and psychosocial services within EverHeart Hospice. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence across multiple sites. The DCS mentors' clinical leaders, supports interdisciplinary teamwork, and drives initiatives to enhance care quality, staff performance, and patient/family experience. This position also serves as the CEO’s designee when needed.
