WHAT WOULD YOU DO AS A AGRONOMY SALES MANAGER
As the Agronomy Sales Manager at EverGRO, you will be instrumental in managing and developing sales relationships that support, grow, and maintain our diverse customer base within a designated geographic territory. Your expertise as an agronomist will position you as the subject-matter expert on our comprehensive range of Agronomy products, including seed, fertilizer, crop protectants, soil management, and bulk animal feed. You'll leverage your skills in sales management and customer relations to effectively address client needs, ensuring they receive the best solutions tailored to their agricultural practices. Through on-site farm visits and proactive cold-calling, you will foster lasting connections that drive growth and establish EverGRO as a trusted partner in the agriculture industry.
ARE YOU THE AGRONOMY SALES MANAGER WE'RE LOOKING FOR?
To excel as the Agronomy Sales Manager at EverGRO, candidates should possess a solid understanding of key Agronomy products such as seed, fertilizer, crop protectants, and animal feed. Strong sales management and customer relations skills will be critical in building and maintaining relationships within the agricultural community. Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
- At least 5 years of experience in agriculture preferably in sales or an agronomy-focused position OR a Bachelor Degree in agriculture, agronomy, soil/nutrient management, crop science, business or a related field
