What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Project Manager (Construction) – Wastewater Treatment Projects position at Evergreen Talent Partners?
We're partnered with a leading energy infrastructure business that's delivering complex engineering and construction projects across the commercial and public sectors. They are looking for a tenured Project Manager to support the growth of their Wastewater Treatment Plant business. This is a high-impact Snr PM role from contract execution, through engineering design including preparation of specifications and drawings, construction and final commissioning of the project.
It is critical that this individual has experience managing large, complex construction projects in the water/wastewater market.
Location: Central Valley
Travel: c.35% (2 days per week)
Though end-to-end; construction execution and delivery are primary skills expected of the successful postholder.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- 7 years of experience in wastewater treatment design/engineering/construction project delivery
- Strong understanding of wastewater treatment processes and infrastructure
- Strong organizational, analytical, and relationship-building skills
Preferred Experience:
- Professional Engineering (PE) license
- Familiarity with Procore or construction management platforms
