Terrific opportunity for a California-based Solar Engineering Project Manager with a wealth of experience on C&I solar projects in state. This role has no fixed location; the postholder can live anywhere, provided it's in state and there is a 25 - 50% requirement to travel to visit sites (All in California).

The Project Director will report to the VP of Engineering and Development and lead the California based solar engineering team (4 people currently and growing) on pre-sale design engineering and pre-construction interconnection activities.

Requirements
- The individuals we're most interested in speaking to, will have been living and breathing the commercial solar market in California.
- They will have developed a minimum of c.20 - 25 commercial solar projects averaging 800kw DC and brought projects through interconnection up to build.
- They will be proven leaders of multi-person teams
- The role has a salary range of $140,000 - $180,000 on the base, commensurate to experience.
