What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Appointment Scheduler position at Evergreen Subaru?
Evergreen Subaru is seeking a highly motivated professional with superior customer service skills to join our growing service department.
The Service Appointment Scheduler works closely with the Service Managers and the Service Advisors to provide an exceptional experience to our customers over the phone.
Primary Duties
- Answering incoming calls for the service department in a courteous and professional manner.
- Scheduling appointments for new and previous service customers.
- Verifying and collecting customer information for accurate entry into the customer database.
Additional Duties
- Reaching out to customers to reschedule missed appointments.
- Contacting customers about special order parts that have arrived.
- Contacting customers about recalls on their vehicle.
- Special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience over the phone is preferred.
- Outstanding communication skills and a high attention to detail are necessary.
- Saturday availability is expected.
This full-time position (40 hours) comes with full benefits including insurance, paid time off, birthdays off, and a 401(k) plan.
