About the Role
This is a revenue-first role for a driven, entrepreneurial professional who thrives on building client relationships, closing new business, and delivering measurable results. As an RPO Business Development Producer, you will own your pipeline from prospecting through close, manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts, and serve as a trusted advisor to HR leaders, PE sponsors, and portfolio company executives.
This is not a team management role. It is a high-ownership, high-autonomy individual contributor position designed for someone who is self-driven, proactive, and motivated by production. You will operate independently within a collaborative, remote team culture, expected to seek out resources, solve problems without waiting to be directed, and consistently generate results.
Success here looks like: a growing book of business, strong client retention and expansion, and a reputation in market as a consultative RPO expert.
What You'll Do:
Business Development & Revenue Generation
- Own and drive a personal new business pipeline as the primary function of this role
- Prospect, engage, and close new RPO client relationships through consultative, relationship-driven selling
- Represent Evergreen at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to build market presence and credibility
- Respond to RFPs and collaborate with leadership on go-to-market initiatives
- Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets with a focus on long-term account value, not one-time wins
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of active RPO clients
- Act as a strategic advisor — delivering clear reporting, proactive communication, and insights that demonstrate value
- Identify and act on opportunities to expand scope, deepen engagement, and grow revenue within existing accounts
- Ensure a high-quality, consistent client experience that reflects Evergreen's standards
Market & Brand Presence
- Build and maintain a visible professional presence in the talent solutions and PE-backed growth company market
- Partner with marketing on messaging, campaigns, and content that supports pipeline development
- Contribute feedback from the market to inform Evergreen's service evolution and positioning
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in recruiting, talent solutions sales, account management, or a sales and recruiting hybrid role
- Demonstrated ability to build and close a personal book of business in a complex, relationship-driven services environment
- Proven track record of revenue generation with measurable results — you can point to the numbers
- Strong understanding of Recruitment Process Outsourcing, embedded recruiting models, or consultative talent solutions
- Experience selling to HR leaders, PE sponsors, or portfolio company executives is a strong plus
- Highly self-motivated and independently productive
- Proactive by nature: you surface issues early, seek out answers, and move quickly
- Confidence and presence when engaging new prospects and senior stakeholders
- Comfortable operating in a startup or high-growth environment
- Familiarity with ATS, CRM, or recruiting technology platforms
- Experience in technology, professional services, or private equity-adjacent markets is preferred
