Evergreen by Park Capital Search is proactively recruiting this role on behalf of one of our construction clients to support current and upcoming projects across South Florida. This Evergreen role allows us to continuously build a pipeline of experienced stucco leaders as project needs activate.
Role Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior / Foreman Stucco Specialist to lead stucco crews while remaining hands-on in the field. This is a lead‑by‑example position responsible for crew productivity, workmanship quality, and jobsite safety.
This role is ideal for a seasoned stucco professional with strong leadership skills who can manage crews while actively performing the work.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise stucco crews on commercial and restoration projects
- Perform and oversee all phases of stucco work, including:
- Lath installation
- Scratch, brown, and finish coats
- Stucco repairs and remediation
- Coordinate daily manpower, scope, and productivity
- Read and interpret plans, elevations, and scopes of work
- Ensure quality standards, project timelines, and safety compliance
- Train and mentor junior team members
- Communicate progress, issues, and material needs to site leadership
Requirements
- 5 years of hands‑on stucco experience; foreman or lead experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of stucco systems and finishing techniques
- Proven ability to lead crews and manage productivity
- Comfortable working on scaffolding and swing stage
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Ability to work outdoors in South Florida conditions
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience on façade restoration or exterior envelope projects
- Concrete repair or waterproofing experience a plus
