We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager/Leasing Agent for Evergreen Ridge Apartments in Asheville, North Carolina. The Assistant Manager/Leasing Agent will be responsible for leasing apartments in accordance with policy and procedures set by management, assisting management in measuring effectiveness of marketing programs, assuming management responsibilities in the absence of on-site manager and in emergency situations, Assist in collection of late rent and move-out procedures. Must be a dependable, outgoing team player.
