STARTING PAY IS NEGOTIABLE, AND IS BASED ON EXPERIENCE, PERFORMANCE, AND AVAILABILITY.
Duties
Follow proper procedures for opening and/or closing the bar and restaurant.
Ensure all food and beverage products are prepared according to specifications at all times.
Support sales efforts and general business transactions by developing courteous and productive relationships with guests and vendors.
React to Guest issues in a timely and professional manner.
Professionally develop and coach team members.
Work irregular hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
May need to assist servers at time by busing tables or delivering orders, tending bar.
Setup and oversee banquets, as well oversee operations in both restaurants.
Qualifications
Prior experience in a full service food and beverage operation required.
2 Years Bar experience preferred.
2 Years Management experience preferred.
Requirements
Detail, teamwork, and customer service oriented.
Ability to multi-task and focus on the big picture, not just the task at hand.
Ability to work well under pressure and during high volume times.
