Position: Prep Cook
- Prepare fresh, made-to-order sandwiches quickly and accurately while delivering a consistently great customer experience.
- Be the first friendly face customers see, greeting guests warmly, answering questions, and helping them choose from our menu and daily specials.
- Maintain a clean, fully stocked sandwich station, including replenishing ingredients, rotating product, and ensuring freshness and food safety standards.
- Communicate menu options and product availability with confidence, making recommendations based on customer preferences.
- Work as part of a team to keep the department running smoothly, providing exceptional service while maintaining quality, speed, and attention to detail.
- Requires operating and using equipment such as knives, scales, slicers, hot wrap machine, cry-Vak machine & additional equipment as needed.
- Cleans line regularly to ensure area is organized, sanitary, and overall clean appearance at all times as we are an open kitchen.
Pay: $18/hour. Kitchen Discount of 30%. Free Meal During Work Shift.
Job Type/Schedule: 20-25 hours per week (Part-Time) - Holidays & Special Events included if requested/needed. Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday 10:30-6:30
Payroll is paid weekly on Fridays, for the previous Saturday through Friday. We prefer Direct Deposit.
Uniform: Chef Coat (provided) must be worn during all shifts; ball cap must be worn or hair pulled back if working with food. Close toe shoes must be worn—waterproof tennis shoes work well or kitchen shoes.
Pay: $18.00 per hour
