Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Sales Associate to join our morning team at various farmers markets around Atlanta. The ideal candidate will be energetic, customer-focused, and passionate about representing our brand, products, and values. As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our business, helping customers learn about our pickles and ensuring they have an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and break down the market booth in a timely, efficient, and organized manner.
• Engage with customers, providing information about our products, answering questions, and offering samples.
• Maintain the market booth by ensuring products are neatly displayed, and the booth is clean and inviting.
• Process sales using Square POS system, handle cash, and ensure accurate transactions.
• Educate customers on the quality of our products, including ingredients, flavors, and health benefits.
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking products during the market.
• Build relationships with repeat customers and contribute to brand loyalty.
• Support market team members, collaborating to ensure smooth operations throughout the shift.
• Follow all health and safety protocols while handling food and maintaining the booth.
• Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer preferences and market trends.

Qualifications:

• Previous retail or sales experience is a plus, preferably in a food-related or farmers market setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, approachable, and enthusiastic demeanor with a passion for customer service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to handle early morning hours and set up at various outdoor locations.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and have a positive attitude.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Food handling certification (or willingness to obtain) is a plus.

Pay: $125.00 - $250.00 per day
