We’re seeking a dedicated and experienced Unit Manager to join our strong clinical leadership team. This role is open to both RNs and LPNs with leadership experience who are ready to step into a meaningful role where they can support staff, guide care delivery, and grow professionally.

Your Role:

As Unit Manager, you’ll support the DON in managing nursing services, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting a positive, proactive care environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee infection control efforts and reporting
• Collaborate with the Facility Educator on training and development
• Help determine and manage staffing needs
• Assist in policy and procedure review and updates
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and evaluations
• Ensure resident care follows individualized plans and best practices
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Current RN or LPN license in Montana (or ability to transfer)
• Minimum 1 year of skilled nursing experience required
• Nurse leadership/management experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
