Key Responsibilities
- Support recruiting and hiring activities, including ATS experience, applicant screening, and interview process
- Conduct onboarding and orientation for new hires
- Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files
- Ensure HR practices remain compliant with company policies and employment regulations
- Serve as a resource for employees and leadership on HR-related processes
- Assist with general HR administrative and operational tasks
- Prior Human Resources experience required
- Strong experience with hiring, onboarding, and orientation
- Skilled nursing facility or healthcare HR experience preferred
- Ability to adapt quickly and work independently in an established department
- Strong organization, communication, and professionalism
