We’re seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to lead Staff Development and Infection Prevention in a post‑acute/skilled nursing setting. This leadership role partners closely with the Director of Nursing and IDT Team to elevate education, safety, and quality of care.
What You’ll Do
- Lead staff education, onboarding, and ongoing in‑service training
- Design and deliver engaging clinical education programs
- Oversee infection prevention and control programs facility‑wide
- Monitor and report infection trends; lead outbreak response and prevention
- Ensure compliance with CDC, NHSN, OSHA, and state/federal regulations
- Educate and support staff to maintain best practices in infection control
- Active Oregon LPN or RN license (in good standing)
- 1 year of healthcare supervisory experience
- 2 years in skilled nursing, LTC, post‑acute
- Strong background in staff education, training, and leadership
- Passion for safety, quality, and mentoring clinical teams
