Job Summary:

Shelton Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Housekeeper / Laundry Aide to join our exciting and fast paced team! Our housekeepers provide daily housekeeping services to maintain the Center's safety, sanitation, and attractive condition.

Essential Functions:

• Follows and completes cleaning schedules
• Observes proper infection control standards
• Performs janitorial tasks to maintain cleanliness and orderliness
• Linen sorting, washing, folding
• Operates washers and dryers
• Maintains equipment used in performing duties
• Acts as a Mandatory Reporter

• Ability to take initiative and show good judgment
• Demonstrates organizational skills
• Work independently and as a team member
• Displays a positive attitude, and dependability
