What You'll Do
- Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Respond to call lights and resident needs
- Take and record vital signs and other resident information
- Assist with meals, mobility, and transportation
- Provide compassionate, person-centered care
- Complete required documentation
- Current Oregon CNA certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Team-focused attitude and strong communication skills
