About the Role
We are seeking a Dental Assistant who is eager to learn, dependable, and looking for a stable role with room to grow. Prior dental or healthcare experience is helpful, but not required. We are willing to train the right person who has a great attitude, strong attention to detail, and genuine care for patients.
This can be a good fit for someone early in their dental career, newly trained, or looking to transition into the dental field. You will work closely with our clinical and hygiene team to help each day run smoothly, assist with procedures, and make sure patients feel comfortable and cared for.
Your Day-to-Day
- Assist during exams and procedures using four-handed dentistry techniques
- Prepare and organize treatment rooms
- Sterilize and set up instruments
- Take X-rays and follow infection control protocols
- Help patients feel comfortable and informed throughout their visit
- Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and efficient workspace
- Work closely with the team to deliver an exceptional patient experience
- Support the front office as needed with scheduling, phone calls, and patient flow

- Prior dental or healthcare experience preferred, but not required
- Dental assisting program or equivalent training is a plus
- X-ray certification is a plus, or willingness to complete required certification after hire
- EagleSoft experience preferred, but training can be provided

Schedule
- Required: Monday, Tuesday, and two Saturdays per month
- Optional/Flexible: Thursdays based on office needs
- Typical Shift Length: 7–8 hours
Job Type: Part-time
Base Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
