Business Operations Manager
Evergreen Anesthesia Associates | Remote / Work From Home (Washington State preferred)
Full-time, W-2, salaried | $87,000–$100,000/year DOE performance bonus
ABOUT US
Evergreen is an owner-led CRNA anesthesia group serving three central Washington hospitals and two surgery centers, with about 40 providers. Our two owners are practicing clinicians, and we need someone to run day-to-day operations.
THE ROLE
You'll be the operational backbone of the practice and the professional point of contact between the owners, our providers, and our facilities. The pace is fast and the workload is heavy, and you'll be building our systems from the ground up. We want a self-starter who takes initiative and is diplomatic but firm.
This is a work-from-home position. We prefer candidates who live in Washington State or are willing to relocate, since you'll occasionally attend meetings in person.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Manage the practice inbox and a high volume of calls and emails with providers and facilities
- Own accounts receivable: monthly invoicing, collections follow-up, and weekly AR reports
- Track daily cases and coordinate billing with our billing partner
- Build CRNA schedules and call coverage across all sites
- Lead credentialing, onboarding, and contractor setup
- Coordinate contractor pay, 1099s, and year-end work with our accountant
- Produce P&L and financial reports
- Keep meticulous, audit-ready records and spreadsheets
- Attend key Evergreen meetings and send the owners a weekly status report
WHAT YOU BRING
- 3 years in healthcare operations, practice management, staffing, or revenue cycle
- Strong AR and collections experience
- Excellent written communication and organization
- Comfort with Excel, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
- Credentialing or anesthesia/surgical experience is a plus

PAY AND BENEFITS
$87,000–$100,000 salary DOE, a performance bonus, annual raises, paid time off, and paid holidays. Additional benefits are being developed as we grow. Evergreen must be your only employer.
