What you’ll do
- Coordinate and manage office operations, including schedule management and calendar oversight for team members.
- Supervise administrative staff, providing guidance and support to foster a collaborative work atmosphere.
- Oversee bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, ensuring accurate financial records and payroll processing.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiating contracts and maintaining service quality for office supplies and services.
- Plan and execute company events, ensuring all logistics are handled seamlessly for a memorable experience.
- Maintain organized filing systems and oversee front desk operations, including multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette.
- Support human resources functions by assisting with training & development initiatives and employee onboarding processes.
- Implement effective budgeting strategies to optimize office expenditures while maintaining operational efficiency.
Basic qualifications
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong clerical skills.
Preferred qualifications
- Familiarity with medical office management practices is a plus.
- Experience in team management with excellent communication skills.
