Medical Office Receptionist / Patient Care Coordinator / Full time / part time.
Multi-Disciplinary Clinic featuring Physical Therapy, Massage Therapy, Chiropractic, and Naturopathic Medicine is looking for a highly organized and proficient Front Desk Receptionist / Patient Care Coordinator.
Job Duties and Requirements:
-Minimum of 1 year experience working in a healthcare clinic.
-Maintain the schedules of multiple providers, scheduling patients, taking calls, reminder calls, coordinating referrals, posting payments, and being the liaison between the front desk and the providers.
-Insurance verifications and authorizations, coordinating outside referrals, are additional preferred skills, for which training will also be provided.
-Some knowledge of Medical Billing for the above professions is a huge plus.
-Data entry. Formatting and entering office chart notes into EMR. Transcriptions.
-Must have outstanding customer service and people skills, and be engaging on multi-line phones, and in person. Be highly energetic, friendly, personable, with a professional demeanor.
-Must be organized and detail oriented.
-Must be able to help with clinic cleanings.
-Sales and Marketing experience is a HUGE plus.
-Business hours are 9am-6pm, Monday through Friday, with Saturday half days starting soon. Part time also available.
