Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary IT liaison for the EUP data processing platform
- Lead integration of third-party premium data into Everest’s core systems like the Data Warehouse and WINS
- Onboard new underwriting partner programs with precision and speed
- Ensure platform availability, resilience, and compliance with evolving security standards
- Deliver high-quality performance metrics across programs
- Guide agile development teams in hands-on execution and delivery
- Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and business opportunities
- Define and promote best practices in data visualization, KPI development, and reporting
- Validate data sources and refine methodologies to ensure accuracy and integrity
- Collaborate with Engineering, Testing, and Governance teams to build robust data solutions
- Document data lineage and quality rules to support effective testing and transparency
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field
- 8-10 years of experience, including 5 in the insurance industry with a focus on financial and operational metrics
- Proven experience with MGA data processing and third-party product integrations
- Expertise in .NET services within AKS environments
- Deep knowledge of Data Warehousing, ETL tools (MS SSIS, Visual Studio), and Azure Cloud
- Strong command of SQL and experience working with structured and unstructured data formats (JSON, XML)
- Familiarity with WINS is a plus
- Exceptional analytical and storytelling skills—you know how to turn data into strategic insights
- A collaborative leadership style and the ability to drive cross-functional alignment
- Confidence managing multiple initiatives while staying focused on long-term goals
