Key Responsibilities:
- Customize & Configure: You’ll design folder structures, metadata models, and access controls to support enterprise-grade content workflows
- Integrate Seamlessly: You’ll build robust integrations using OpenText APIs and web services to connect systems and streamline operations
- Cloud-First Development: You’ll work within containerized environments (AKS preferred) and CI/CD pipelines to deliver scalable, resilient solutions
- Automate & Secure: You’ll script deployments, automate tasks, and contribute to disaster recovery and system hardening strategies
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: You’ll partner with business stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions that meet compliance and security standards
- You’re a Certified OpenText xECM Administrator or Developer
- You have 5 years of hands-on experience with OpenText ECM/xECM
- You understand workspace design, metadata, access controls, and folder architecture inside and out
- You’ve worked with container platforms (especially AKS) and CI/CD pipelines
- You’re proficient in scripting and automation for deployment and maintenance
- You’re familiar with OpenText APIs (REST, SOAP) and related modules
- You’ve worked in regulated industries like insurance (a plus)
- You know your way around GDPR and enterprise security tools
