Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Analyst to support financial reporting, account reconciliations, and data analysis. This role will play a key part in ensuring the accuracy of financial information and supporting month-end and year-end close processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
- Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation
- Maintain and improve accounting processes and internal controls
- Ensure compliance with GAAP
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret financial data
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1–3 years of relevant accounting or finance experience
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, lookups)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred Qualifications
- NetSuite experience is a plus
- Experience with financial reporting tools or data visualization software
