- Manufacturing industry experience required
- Strong general accounting background
- Experience with financial reporting and data analysis

Job Duties:
- Perform general accounting activities including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close support
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
- Prepare recurring and ad hoc financial reports for leadership and operations teams
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities
- Assist with AP/AR functions and other accounting tasks as needed
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data across systems
- Partner cross-functionally with operations and leadership to provide financial insights
- Support audits, compliance efforts, and internal controls
- Assist with process improvements within accounting and reporting functions
- Manage multiple accounting responsibilities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- 2-5 years of accounting experience required
- Manufacturing accounting experience strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of general accounting principles and financial reporting
- Experience with financial analysis and reporting functions
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
- Experience with ERP/accounting systems preferred
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal training
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
