YOUR DAY
As a member of our Subcontractor Crew, you tackle diverse and engaging projects daily, transforming clients' visions into reality. You consistently apply your expertise in framing, drywall, specialty carpentry, cabinetry installation, tiling, and various flooring installations, including LVP, hardwood, and even gym flooring. Each day presents new opportunities to showcase your craftsmanship, whether it's a complete home renovation or a targeted remodeling project. You maintain a high level of respect for each home you enter, showing up prepared and ready to problem-solve with integrity, ensuring every renovation is completed to the highest standards.
REQUIREMENTS
- Valid Class A or B Contractor license in Virginia
- Valid certificate of insurance
Experience in:
- Framing
- Drywall
- Specialty carpentry
- Cabinetry installation
- Tiling
- Flooring installation (LVP, hardwood, gym flooring, etc.)
- Experience with exterior installations (windows, doors, siding, etc.) is a plus!
